Each form that you use in QuickBooks has its own layout. If the layout of a particular form does not meet your needs, you can create your own custom layout and use this version instead of the QuickBooks version. In this part of the course, you will review various forms, make changes and then save them as templates for future use.

3) Processing sales information
Any time a sale is made in your business you can record this in QuickBooks. In this section we learn about the different formats available for sales forms, how to save sales forms in PDF format, how to create a new invoice, creating invoice letters, reminder statements and sales orders.

4) Creating and posting invoices
In this session, we cover estimates and how to turn an estimate into an invoice. QuickBooks allows you to create multiple estimates and you can also turn an estimate into an invoice. Part of this session is spent learning how to create and post invoices including invoicing a customer for time and mileage.

5) Bill Payments
QuickBooks allows you to efficiently manage the payment of your bills. We will review the bill payment options available in QuickBooks. You can write a cheque manually and then enter the information into QuickBooks later or you can use QuickBooks to write and print a cheque. QuickBooks is also used to track the amounts you owe to suppliers, track your cash flow needs and handle bills you want to pay later. Using QuickBooks, you can  pay by credit card and enter the credit card receipt into QuickBooks.

6) Sales Taxes
