Immigration Consultant Examination Preparation Program - Seminar
Overview
This program prepares graduates for the Full Membership examination. Program strategies and activities include class presentations with intensive interaction and discussion with fellow students, and a simulated exam exercise.
These approaches will allow students to review and recall knowledge learned earlier during the full educational program.
Recommended for:
• Those who have not been in class for a long time and require a
refresher before the exam
• Students who wish to prepare themselves as much as possible, to
guarantee a successful outcome on the Full Membership exam
• Those who learn well and retain information in a collaborative
environment, with plenty of student and instructor interaction
This program offers comprehensive coverage of the following topics:
• Principles of the Canadian Immigration Act & Regulations
• Temporary and Permanent Immigration categories
• Refugee classes
• Hearing and Appeal processes
• The role of Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
• Ethical conduct and Professionalism
• Business Management
• Overview of the structure of the Full Membership exam
• Recommendations in tackling the examination in an effective
and efficient manner

In order to receive your full membership, you must complete the Full Membership exam. This prep program will help you successfully prepare for the Full Membership exam.
Format
This is a 2-day program with classes running for 8 hours each day:
- Vancouver: Thursday and Friday
- Toronto: Saturday and Sunday
Total instructional time = 16 hours
