There are several ways to contact and get IT or Helpdesk support at Ashton College :
Via web-based helpdesk request ticket. Use MyAshton located at http://www.myashton.com to access the Ashton College Service Desk web portal link or Click Here. Login using "student" as both the username and password.
Via email. If you would like to email the helpdesk for IT support or problems please send email to helpdesk@ashtoncollege.com .
Our IT Assistant Kevin Allen is on-site at Ashton College Monday - Friday from 8:00am till 5:00pm.
If you need on-site support please contact Kevin on the 3rd floor in the IT office (across from Computer Lab B) or by one of the above methods.
