There are several ways to contact and get IT or Helpdesk support at Ashton College :

  • Via web-based helpdesk request ticket. Use MyAshton located at http://www.myashton.com  to access the Ashton College Service Desk web portal link or Click Here. Login using "student" as both the username and password.

Our IT Assistant Jeremy Reinelt is on-site at Ashton College Monday - Friday from 8:00am till 5:00pm.
If you need on-site support please contact Jeremy on the 3rd floor in the IT office (across from Computer Lab B) or by one of the above methods.
