The Ashton College Graduation Ceremony is an exciting time as graduates conclude their studies and move into the next phase of professional life. Graduating students are welcome to attend together with family and friends. Each graduate can invite a maximum of four (4) guests.
Every candidate for an Academic Credential must submit the Graduation Form regardless of whether you plan to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
The Ceremony
The Graduation Ceremony starts at 6:30pm and lasts approximately one and a half hours. All Graduates are asked to report to the Graduation Ceremony Coordinator at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
Graduation Gowns
Students attending the graduation will be required to rent their graduation gown through the Office of the Register. The price for this rental includes a commemorative cap and tassel with year date charm.
Full details regarding the graduation ceremony will be emailed to Graduates by the Registrar’s Office well in advance of the ceremony.
Graduates, who are unable to attend the Graduation Ceremony, can pickup their academic credentials at the Office of the Registrar in suite 410 or make arrangements to have their Academic Credential mailed to them after Graduation.
Graduations are held twice per year: June and December.
The next graduation ceremony will be held on June 25, 2010.
