PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEES

Beginning March 1, 2011, Program Advisory Committees (PACs) were introduced to Ashton College. Six committees of 3 - 5 members each were formed to conduct annual reviews of Ashton's existing programs in the following areas:

1) Business, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources
2) Accounting, Insurance and Financial Services
3) English Language Centre
4) Health Care
5) Immigration
6) Home Inspection

Qualified individuals selected by invitation from various related industries comprise the members of each Program Advisory Committee. The intent of the yearly reviews is to ensure that existing programs are up-to-date in meeting requirements in the industry. This replaces the system of Advisory Boards that existed previously at Ashton College.
