IT Help Desk

There are several ways to contact and get IT or Helpdesk support at Ashton College :

  • Via web-based helpdesk request ticket. Use the Helpdesk button located on the top right hand-side on the Desktop screen to access the Ashton College Service Desk web portal or Click Here. Login using your Ashton user account information.

Our IT Assistant Kevin Allen is on-site at Ashton College Monday - Friday from 8:00am till 5:00pm.
If you need on-site support please contact Kevin on the 3rd floor, between Classroom 1 and 2 (old test centre) or by one of the above methods.
